we accept bank transfers, twint and cash.

orders from switzerland are sent by post. if you live in the zurich area you may chose to have he the order delivered to you by us in person for a flat fee of chf 5. naturally, you can also decide to pickup your order directly from our atelier free of charge.

if you wish to make an order from outside switzerland please reach out to us and we can discuss it on a case by case basis. please bear in mind that additional customs and import taxes may apply.

depending on the shape of the item they are measured as follows:
> height x width x depth> height x diameter (round objects)
> height x width (flat items)

we recommend to wash all new products before using them for the first time. to increase the products’ longevity we would recommend to wash them by hand using dish soap and avoid using abrasive or metal sponges. also be aware that quickly taking a product from a low to high temperature (or vice versa) may cause it to crack or break.
